Return policy

1. Return Conditions

Customers should check the condition of the goods and may exchange or return the items immediately at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:

  • The product is not the correct type or model as stated in the order or displayed on the website at the time of ordering.

  • The quantity is incorrect or the items are incomplete compared to the order.

  • The external condition is affected, such as torn packaging, peeling, or breakage.

Customers are responsible for presenting relevant documents to prove the above issues in order to complete the return/exchange process.

2. Regulations on Return/Exchange Notification and Product Submission

  • Return/Exchange notification time: within 48 hours from receiving the product in cases where accessories, gifts are missing, or the product is damaged/broken.

  • Product return shipping time: within 14 days from receiving the product.

  • Return/exchange location: Customers may bring the items directly to our office/store or send them via postal service.
