I have already purchased the product, can I exchange it if I'm not satisfied?
When making a purchase, if the customer is not satisfied with the product, let Mode know, we will immediately exchange the product for the customer. Just make sure the product is unused, with the label intact. We will support the exchange (size, color, other product) for the customer.
I have chosen COD payment method, but when the goods arrive, I don't want to pick it up, can I?
